, were involved in a romantic relationship. Such passions could lead them to forsake their training and lead to the dark side. Masters asked the duo to confront the students in the ruins of Lower Kaleth and discover the truth of their relationship. Master Silvarte added that the duo shouldn't alert the students and instead report they have learned to the Temple, because the students could become volatile if their relationship came to light.The Padawans found Moracen and Spanios at the Lower Kaleth. When the Padawans spoke with them, they admitted their love for each other but begged the Padawans not to inform their Masters. They offered the duo a rare lightsaber crystal that they had found together if the Padawans kept the secret. The Padawans refused the bribe, pointing out that such behavior was only proving the Council was right. Giving in to her anger, Moracen intended to attack Padawans to prevent them from revealing the secret to the Masters, but Spanios didn't let her. The Padawans said that it was not for them to decide, but for the Masters, and left the couple behind.The Padawans returned to Masters Silvarte and Yollo and reported what they had uncovered. Both Masters were saddened that their fears were justified, and came to the conclusion that either their Padawans would end their relationship or be expelled from the Order. They thanked the duo for their help in this unpleasant but important matter. |
